Please bear in mind that I do not have a receptionist, I too still groom during the day, and I also still have a family to get home to. I handle all messages personally. I MUST only communicate via text to avoid spending too much time chit chatting on the phone, to be able to handle many inquiries simultaneously, and so that I can accurately keep track of what I have said to everyone.

Please allow a couple of days for me to get back with you. I answer messages at the end of each day as part of our one on one personal service courtesy to the client I am attending during the day, but sometimes I am working very late or have family matters to attend and so cannot always get to them same day. New messages received after 5pm may be grouped with the following day's to avoid starting new conversations into the evening.

Weekend inquiries- Are usually answered on the following Monday, but sometimes with Tuesday's messages.
